This we can do, and would like to introduce ourselves. Links Architecture Ltd, Architects and Surveyors, are based in Kendal and Bolton, covering Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire and North Wales.

We are keen to meet new customers and carry out a first time viability study, which is quite often free of charge. The initial study determines the brief and scale through production of a sketch scheme, and we comment on the planning position.

We guide our customers from this initial sketch, right through to completed projects involving planning and building regulations stages. We often introduce builders, obtain competitve tenders, administer the terms of the building contract, and liaise and work with other building professionals involved in the design and building process.
