Bara Cechova is a fully qualified massage therapist; a member of the Traditional Thai Yoga Massage Association (TTYMA) and is fully insured with Holistic Services Insurance. Bara first experienced the world of massage when she was 13 through her grandma who was massaging Bara's back. The strokes felt so pleasant that she wanted to learn to give this experience to people around her. She learned her first technique a number of years later, qualifying in traditional Swedish massage.

In the Indian Himalayas, Bara discovered the ancient massage technique of Thai Yoga Massage, which she felt amazed by as this technique heals both the body and the mind by balancing the life energy. Shortly afterwards, in 2004, Bara extended her knowledge by gaining Sport and Remedial massage qualifications. Bara obtained further training and qualification in the art of Thai Yoga Massage with Kira Balaskas at the School of Thai Yoga Massage in London.
