Pound and Co Chartered Surveyors are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, set up in 1994, by Steve and Fiona Pound, offering a range of property services from their base in Penryn. We specialise in building surveys particularly on larger properties and listed buildings, and offer the RICS Homebuyer Service for more modern properties.

Pound and Co offer commercial property services throughout Cornwall including property acquisitions for tenants and investors, schedules of dilapidations/conditions, landlord and tenant work, building surveys and agency.
