Polecat Properties, an independent estate agency in Bexhill, was founded in 2010. Originally a lettings only business, it has since incorporated Sales into it’s service and now has a dedicated team for both Sales and lettings. At Polecat Properties we pride ourselves on our great customer service and our ability to customise our service to suit any landlord or vendor whatever their needs or situation.

The team are all highly qualified and experienced in their specialist areas and all have a good understanding of the industry as a whole. Polecat properties offers a full lettings service ranging from a tenant find service to full management. Our fully qualified inventory providers can also offer excellent inventories either as part of the lettings package or as an independent service. We offer landlords complete peace of mind and aim to remove all stress from the lettings process, we take time to ensure that we place the right tenant for the property and in accordance with the landlords instruction. Due to our diligence this process may take a little longer than our competitors but we strongly believe that’s its better to start off with the right tenant rather than encounter problems once the tenancy has started. Our property management team will then take total control and are highly experienced at dealing with all areas of property maintenance and the tenancy itself in terms of legislation and every day practicalities. We carry out regular inspections and maintain good relationships with all our tenants as we find this makes dealing with all issues regarding the property and the tenancy much more effective and straight forward. We currently manage a wide range of style of properties from modern 1 bedroom flats to large country houses dating back centuries, so our team see a wide range of property issues and are well equipped to deal with all eventualities.
