To ensure a constant level of service, I limit the amount of properties that I manage at any given time. However, I offer a tenant find only service, maintenance call out service and administration service for those landlords who prefer to manages their own property but may need a little help along the way. I also offer landlords a free advice service on letting and any property related issues. I will always be honest in my assessment of your property in order to attain the best possible market rent. It follows therefore that a well-maintained property, in a good decorative order will go towards this, whilst also achieving a higher rental figure. Tenants are also more inclined to treat such a property with greater respect.
