Paul has been practicing yoga in Rugby since 2005 with several styles including Sivananda, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa flow. He originally took up yoga for the health benefits, but soon realized that yoga is more than just a physical experience. It has helped Paul in many ways with his physical, mental and spiritual well being, and soon embraced yoga for what it is - a holistic health system.

Paul soon realized that he wanted to share this wonderful system with other people, especially men, who he felt needed yoga in their lives, so in 2011 with encouragement from his teachers, he decided to start a teacher training diploma course with the British Wheel of Yoga run by Paul Fox BWP Dip in Northampton near Rugby. He has a first Aid certificate and full insurance.
