Jackie Quayle Yoga

I started yoga over 13 years ago. I was advised to start yoga due to a very painful back condition, that was untreatable, and incurable, and driving me to constant tears. Yoga is EVERYTHING! It is all around us, and it is in everything that we do, and how we act and interact with people, animals, and the world. It is not just a group of exercises, a stretch, or some breathing, it is so much more than that. We may begin by stepping shyly into a classroom, a little bewildered, and then try to place our bodies in very strange and sometimes uncomfortable poses, but if we carry on coming back, we end up in a very different place, spiritually, emotionally, mindfully, and definitely physically.

It is a very old science that we can constantly learn from, and grows and changes every day, it changes with us. It enhances us physically, it helps with our breathing, our posture, our emotional responses, our concentration, and calms and soothes the mind in a very stressful world.
