Pippa Pawlik specializes in the international promotion of classical music. She works with musicians and ensembles across Europe and the US and is founder and artistic director of Musique-Cordiale, a festival in the South of France. Aside from international media relations, she also offers musicians career guidance and inspiration, brainstorming strategies and using music as a means of bringing people together.
Pippa Pawlik started PPPR in London in 1988. After a career as a professional viola player she recognised how musicians increasingly perform on an international stage. PPPR was born of the need to communicate with media not just in an artist's hometown, but also all over the world.
Pippa's current clients include David Zinman, the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, Merel String Quartet and Marina Nadiradze. She worked on the promotion of the Tonhalle Orchestra tour of the USA in 2004 and specialized in the German and Swiss German media for the Verbier Music Festival 2004-2006.
Previous clients have included Dimitry Sitkovetsky, the Asian Youth Orchestra, Australian Chamber Orchestra, Bamberg Symphony Orchestra, BMG, Kristine Ciesinski, Decca Records, Kazushi Ono, Augustin Dumay, Granada Festival, Richard Goode, Houston Grand Opera, Pascal Rogé, San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, Thomas Adès, the William Walton centenary and the Verbier Festival.
