Hi my name is Donna Mottershead ( Albohaithi) I am a complete Pilates and Yoga geek! I started teaching classes in knutsford 8 years ago and have made many great friendships in this time. I started practicing 15 years ago, Pilates and Yoga has made such a positive impact on my life, I am fitter, stronger, healthier and happier than ever. My wish is to pass on my experience, enthusiasm and knowledge. To provide Classes where everybody has there individual needs met in a relaxed happy environment and walks out of Class with a smile : looking forward to there next session, making exercise something you can enjoy whilst investing in your own health and happiness.
