The Peter Hickman group comprises six hairdressing salons throughout Gloucestershire and in Herefordshire. The first was founded in Gloucester in 1957 and Peter Hickman continues to own and manage the group, as well as being a stylist for two days a week. Since the earliest days, the company has had its own in-house school of hairdressing, evidence of Peter's commitment to training and development from the start.

Since the earliest days, the company has had its own in-house school of hairdressing, evidence of Peter's commitment to training and development from the start. We achieved recognition for the Investors in People national standard in 1995 and continue to hold this award. Our staff are trained to the highest standards and the training doesn't stop when the employee completes their apprenticeship - our staff regularly attend the top London hairdressing academies to further their training so they are able to provide our customers with the latest trends, using the latest techniques.
