Penny Ling Hypnotherapy

Established in 2007, Penny is a professional and experienced full time Solution Focused Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Oxfordshire. As well as having a clinic room overlooking the Vale of the White Horse, she also works from a GP practice in the heart of Oxford, and at clinics in Abingdon and Cirencester. Skype sessions are available to those who cannot make the clinic locations or times.

Back in 2001, I was working in the IT industry developing e-commerce sites. I discovered the HPD was the top qualification and so narrowed the search down to The Clifton Practice Bristol. As well as training over 9 months, they encouraged us to work with real clients, so by the time I qualified I had over 100 hours couch time and over 10 different problems I had experience of working with. As a result of having a consultation with me, you will leave with an understanding of your problem from both a biological and psychological perspective, and gain a clear insight into the potential benefits of hypnosis and how you might feel about working with me.

You will also have the opportunity to have all your questions answered. I have also trained as a solution focused psychotherapist, coach and I mentor for Oxfam, as well as having completed relationship coaching programmes to help couples work through their problems without the need of marriage guidance therapy.
