I provide professional counselling in Aberdeen designed for individuals, couples, children and families who are having relationship difficulties and are in need of solution-focused help. I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and I use a variety of skills and offer a confidential and professional service to help with your relationship difficulties.

I have over 10 years of experience working with couples and families to help them improve relationships and stay together. My experience has enabled me to offer solution-focused and cost-effective counselling. If improvement for both parties results in a change of focus for the counselling then I will extend my support to you to work on your separation and help reduce the emotional and financial costs and lengthy timescales of separation and divorce. I offer a wealth of experience in separation work. I am a family consultant with Aberdeen Consensus Collaborative Divorce.
