I bring my 14 years of counselling experience to individuals and couples in my central Aberdeen office. Both qualified and an experienced BACP accredited counsellor and UKCP registered psychotherapist working one to one with individuals and with couples on a wide range of issues. However, generally it is more beneficial to meet in person when possible. I offer individual one to one counselling in Aberdeen on a range of issues such as relationships, anxiety, confidence, assertiveness, depression, bereavement, trauma, anger management and self esteem. I also offer couples and marriage counselling in Aberdeen.
