Parks Residential is an independent letting agent in Brighton that has been operating since 1992. Our growing level of business over that time is a testimony to how well we serve both our landlords and our tenants. We serve a range of customers. Our tenants are a mixture of professionals and students. Our landlords range from those with one or two properties to let to those with large property portfolios. We are able to serve all of these customers and look after their individual needs.

Parks was founded in 1992 by building a team that already had considerable experience of the Brighton & Hove property market. From that beginning, our emphasis has been on professional expertise and customer centred service. It has been this high level of service that has resulted in Parks gaining many landlord and tenant customers along with a reputation for excellence. We act as professional property consultants as well as letting agents.
