Brices is an agency which makes a difference. With a refreshing mix of experience both in the corporate and independent sector we have built on our solid training and adapted it with personality and flair. Brices is not bound by a corporate identity, this allows us to encourage involvement with our clients in the marketing decisions - every property and client is different! We are more than just sales people and we do not adopt the hard sell approach - we know our clients, listen and intelligently match them to a tailor made service or suitable property to buy or rent.

We have designed our entire image and colour scheme from the office, interior and exterior, marketing material and boards to be sympathetic and subtly blend in to the historically protected area in which we specialise. Emphasis has always been placed on reacting to market conditions and awareness of the needs of our clients and we have been successful adapting to a difficult and challenging time.
