Over the years Parkhill Properties has developed from a single property landlord to a highly successful ‘one stop' property management service. We have extended our business to cope with the demand from our clients and the ever changing world we live in.

In 2008, we opened our highly successful Parkhill Serviced Apartments at the Hilton Campus, providing unique, Luxury Serviced Apartments, and offering our clients something different. This development was driven by our client's ever changing desire for improvements to their accommodation requirements. We then went on to open a second block of apartments in the City Centre just a few years later. We now have apartments to suit all clients in various locations across Aberdeen.
