We were founded in direct response to the perceived poor quality service on offer from established firms the in factoring market. We believed then, and still do, that factoring should be an open, honest and transparent service offered by firms on behalf of the owners of any particular site. We strive to issue quarterly statements to all of our customers so that they know exactly what we have committed funds to and all of our contractor invoices are available for inspection, without exception.

We eagerly attend owners meetings to take instruction as to how a building or site should be managed - it is not the place of a factor to dictate what should be done, a factor should offer advice and experienced assessment but ultimately defer to the wishes of the owners.
