I am a counsellor and psychotherapist. I work integratively drawing from both Systemic and Psychodynamic approaches. I work on both a short term and open ended basis. My areas of special interest include relationship issues, couples work, family breakdown, stress, anxiety, self esteem and Addiction. I have a particular interest in elite sports people and others who are constantly in the public eye. I have an Honours degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Relationship Therapy, a Postgraduate Certificate in Attachment and a Diploma in NLP.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioural issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and self esteem to parenting support, couples counselling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalised approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for.
