Alfred Pallas is a multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors established in 1973 and serving the City of Sunderland, South Tyneside and the wider north east region beyond. Over the last 40 years we have established a reputation for integrity and professionalism, combined with the sort of attention to detail which is only possible from a firm in which the key personnel care passionately about the service they provide.

Alfred Pallas is a family business like few others in our area. With five members of the family working in the firm (three of whom are Chartered Surveyors) our clients can be assured of a highly personal service at all times. Indeed we are particularly proud of the fact that a very high proportion of our instructions come directly from the recommendations of our many satisfied customers and also from repeat business, with clients using our services again and again over the years.
