This new Garden Room building provides a quiet space, away from the busy main day lounge, for patients to relax in calming and tranquil surroundings overlooking a beautiful garden setting. At first floor are new administration offices. This Engineering and Manufacturing Company supplies the powder food and paint industries with high quality manufacturing plant. Matcon purchased this newly-built industrial building for their new headquarters in Evesham.

The building was refitted with new15,000 SF two-storey offices within the structure, including a lecture theatre, test plant area, stores and manufacturing assembly floor, to support their client's national and international food manufacturers. All utility services were upgraded and replaced due to the increased requirement for manufacturing. A new 54-space car park was created on an adjacent site.
