Osborn Humphreys Estate

Due to unprecedented success they rapidly outgrew the office and within 3 years the business moved to larger premises over the road at 32/34 Brunswick Road where they remain to this day. In 1973 the company expanded by opening a further office in Steyning and was situated adjacent to the Law Courts. The business quickly established a sizeable market share benefiting enormously from the two local offices working closely together. Our current Principal, Stuart Osborn, joined the Shoreham branch in 1976 and later went on to manage the Steyning office. In 1987 he was invited to join David as a partner in the business and the name was changed to Osborn Humphreys. Following David’s retirement in 2002 Stuart moved the Steyning office to ‘Milestones’, 25 High Street, one of the oldest buildings in Steyning. A ‘Wealden’ house built circa 1480. In the summer of 2014, we again re-located to 39 High Street, centrally situated adjacent to the Chequer Inn. A more spacious office, in a more prominent High Street position, providing greater window space and better accessibility.
