When we started Parkers Lettings in 1996 our ambition was to create the finest residential letting and property management company in the area. Back then we were motivated by the satisfaction of building a company that excels at every level. Today we still aim to be the best as we strive to shine in every area of our business, continually seeking better ways to satisfy our clients’ needs.
From humble beginnings we’ve grown to become one of the region's foremost letting agents, covering Totton, Romsey and Southampton.
We uphold the very highest professional standards. We’re proud members of The Property Redress Scheme, and all our tenants’ deposits are held securely by The Deposit Protection Service. We’re passionate about customer service too! We serve many hundreds of customers every year, each one receiving a customer questionnaire card for completion. Each card returned is read personally by our founder Richard Parker, and where we can make improvements, we promise to do so.
It’s a fact that the vast majority of our new business is from recommendation, and that more than 60% of new tenancies agreed are to existing or former Parkers customers.
