OKHealth was formed by Angela Grieveson, a qualified Occupational Health Adviser, with many years experience in Industry. As an adviser she found herself becoming more involved in the psychological effects of work life balance and how one can affect the other, when not in synchronization. This encouraged her to follow her heart and study psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy since the beginning of 2007.
She studied at 'Awaken School of Outcome Oriented Psychotherapies' on a four year programme and gained qualifications in Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Advanced patterns in Psychotherapy and other related courses. She has also assisted on training programmes within the school and is interested in all areas of hypnopsychotherapy and continues to develop her skills by attending relevant courses for continuous professional development.
