I have 12 years post-qualification experience as a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, seeing individuals and couples in Kingston upon Thames.
People come to counselling with a wide range of personal, emotional and relationship difficulties. There are times in many people's lives when it is difficult to continue to deal with problems alone. Sometimes there is a feeling that life is not taking us in the direction that we planned, and there is a gap between what we hoped our life would be like, and the reality of it.
Exploring these feelings and difficulties, and understanding conflicts can be helpful so that you can deal with hurts that are influencing how you react to situations. Together we will try and understand difficulties including unresolved feelings and trauma from the past, painful conflicts in the present, or worries about the future, which may leave you unable to change.
