Sarah's own vitality and enthusiasm for life is a testimony to her belief in the Power of Food. Having graduated in Philosophy, Sarah turned her energies to the study of Anatomy, Physiology, Nutritional Science, Naturopathy, Iridology and clinical Nutrition. More recently she has trained in rapidly emerging field of Flower Essences.
She also is a fully qualified and insured Reiki master/teacher, and she regularly attends advanced shamanic practice courses. Sarah is currently developing her practice skills by doing the Ascentis Level 3 counselling diploma.
