After many years of struggling with my weight, I finally discovered a way to lose weight that worked: meal replacement formulas. I lost four stone in six months. As a client it meant I had complete peace of mind that my nutritional needs were being covered, while at the same time I lost weight, and didn't feel hungry. I was so converted to this way of losing weight that I trained as a Weight Management Counsellor, working for a national franchisee. Through experience with clients, and my own, I realised that expecting people to abstain from conventional food for an extended period of time can cause problems - not least of which is the need to put your life on hold!

After training as a Nutritionist, and two years working under licence to a national company, I set up Lancashire Nutrition.
