Anger, anxiety, grief, shame, hopelessness or embarrassment are very personal and can be intense, painful and difficult to understand. Counselling offers a way for you to express how you feel, seek a way of accepting your feelings and empower yourself to choose a way forward that feels right for you.

Person Centred Counselling can only take place at the request of the individual or 'client'. As a client you will see a counsellor in a private, safe and confidential setting who will offer you the space to address any difficulties you may be experiencing.

Your counsellor will not make any judgment about what is said but will listen attentively to try and understand things from your point of view. The counsellor will endeavour to build a relationship with you that through mutual trust and empathy will enable perspective and growth. In each session you will be able to explore aspects of your feelings and lifestyle freely and openly.
