MORE THAN JUST KICKING & PUNCHING
Locks holds, throws, takedowns and groundwork, the original forms of Karate had it all. Students are excited to be exploring all of these aspects of Martial Arts. As well as exploring all of these, students have the opportunity to compete, attend courses with other leading Martial Arts Instructors and we have special sessions looking at fitness.
