We run martial arts classes in Bexhill from ages 5 and upwards and for all levels of fitness, capability and training needs. Our classes include separate sessions for both Juniors and Adults as well as Families where parents and kids can train together. Kuk Sool Won™ is a traditional Korean martial arts system. Within our classes, we look at many aspects including: Kicking, Striking, Weapons, Moving Forms, Escape techniques, body conditioning, flexibility and more.
Juniors Classes (Ages 8 - 12):
- Tuesdays 17:45 - 18:30;
- Thursday 17:45 - 18:30;
- Saturdays 9:45 - 10:45am;
Adult Classes (Ages 13+):
- Tuesdays 19:15 - 20:00;
- Thursdays 19:15 - 20:15;
- Saturdays 9:45 - 10:45am;
