Newline Architects was founded in 2009 by Martin Kearney ARB RIBA. Martin is a graduate of Queens University, Belfast and initially worked for 8 years for a Chartered Architects firm as a Project Architect before starting as a sole-practitioner which developed into Newline Architects, an ambitious practice strategically situated in a prime location within the small central village of Castledawson.

The accessible Mid Ulster location, just of the main A6 Belfast to Derry main road, allows work to be commissioned and carried out all over Northern Ireland.
The practice has grown to 5 staff, consisting of 2 Chartered Architects, a Chartered Architectural Technologist, a renewable energy consultant and Planning Consultant.
