The practice has experience in the provision of Social Housing projects. We have just completed a small General Needs apartment project at Sunnyside Street, Belfast (April 2010) and we have a Supported Housing Dementia Unit on site at Downpatrick, due for completion in 2011. We are currently working on the design of an urban regeneration project in north Belfast. We have completed a number of volume housing projects in the private sector. Our design vision and experience allows us to meet the de- mands and expectations of our clients with a mixture of innovation, variation and tradition.

We have experience in Conservation practice. We are currently on site with Phase 1 of the restoration of St Patrick's Church, Saul, Co. Down, a Grade B+ Listed Building, and also with the conservation of the Scotch Stores complex in Enniskillen for a mixed use residential project. We have designed and completed many one-off residential buildings.
