This includes rental property evaluations (free & without obligation), inventories, tenant referencing, deposit protection, tenancy agreements and lettings-related insurances for both Landlords and Tenants.
Founded in 2010, New View Residential is owned by the Cambridge based charity The Windhorse Trust and was set up with an emphasis on ethical trading and raising funds for a diverse range of charitable organisation.
We are fully regulated by ARLA and the Property Ombudsman. This requires us to meet exacting standards, including Client Money Protection, Professional Indemnity Insurance and ongoing staff training.
