Your project will be personally designed and constructed under the direct supervision of Nigel Gittins. You will have control over the timing and budget through close liaison with Nigel to deliver your project on time and within your budget. Our first consultation is usually free following which we will quote fixed lump sum fees where possible so that the costs of the project are clear and understandable from the outset.
Occasionally, on large projects, we may quote fees on a percentage of the estimated build cost.
