Flinders Design

Our main work is the design of single/two storey extensions and loft and garage conversions. We also design bungalows, two storey houses and conversion of existing properties into flats. We pride ourselves in listening to our client's ideas and endeavour to take them to design and final build levels. Linda has a degree in design and has extensive experience in the design of houses and extensions. She also has an excellent working knowledge of the Planning Law. Roy has a degree in civil engineering and has worked on civil and buildings projects for over thirty years.

He has worked in Building Control and keeps up to date with the current legislation. Flinders Design has a good working relationship with builders in the North Somerset Area, a number whom we recommend for differing types of works. We help with any queries during the design stage and are open to helping the client understand the various stages involved in construction.
