Welcome to MTD Health & Fitness Club, Suttons elite Personal Training centre. At MTD Health and Fitness club we pride ourselves in giving our members affordable Personal Training in a unique Studio setting. Unlike other Fitness establishments, we provide you with semi-private personal training in a controlled and spacious environment. To deliver the most personal and effective fitness training possible, you will only ever train alongside a maximum of 4 other club members, working on your own specified program designed for you by us. Each program is tailored towards each member's individual goals, which will be monitored and implemented by one or more of our qualified Fitness Professionals and Personal Trainers. All of our sessions last 1 hour and are available at a choice of times in the morning, lunchtime and evening.
