If the quote is accepted we will repair the phone, take payment on a card and then send it back via using a secure, signed for, insured Royal Mail service. If we are unable to repair the phone there will be no charge for the time spent on the phone, however, there will be a £7.00 + VAT fee to return the phone. Alternatively, leave it with us and we will dispose of the phone for you. We are confident that you will be happy with our service.
