We search all possible suppliers to find the best prices, so we can pass on the discounts to you. We invest time and money into phone related innovations. We seek out new inventions and explore strange and wonderful products, we go where no mobile phone company has ever gone before.

We personally test each product before we allow it to be sold, and we are honest when we review it for the site. On some occasions we may need to send a phone to a higher level repair centre or may have to wait for parts to be shipped from abroad, in which case we will contact you as we will need longer to repair the phone.
