Maxilla Children's Centre

We are a maintained Nursery School and Children's Centre providing free full and part time nursery education for children aged 3-5yrs as well as fully funded part time early education places for 2yr olds. Alongside this we offer a range of childcare and play services, healthcare and adult learning for children under five and their families. Our ethos is based on caring, positive relationships where everyone is valued and diversity is celebrated. We aim to promote a culture of lifelong learning which supports parents and carers in developing their own interests and skills as well as their children's. We offer children enjoyable and enriching learning experiences in a secure and stimulating environment that includes a wonderful garden. We are proud of the excellent outcomes our children achieve and of the positive feedback we receive. Above all the centre is a happy and welcoming place where children and adults alike can thrive.
