We are fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and one of the few National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) fully licensed members in North Cumbria. We are local and proud of it. We know about construction, Martin is a Chartered Building Surveyor member of the RICS. He has been self employed since 1992 having served his time as a quantity surveyor and architectural technician before qualifying as a building surveyor.

It is our mission to provide a friendly professional service to our clients. Keeping them informed at all times. The company is run by its founder Martin Goode who has over 30 years experience in construction throughout the South of Scotland, Cumbria and Lancashire area. Working in association with similarly qualified and experienced professionals in the area.

Martin is a Building Surveyor member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has spent the past 10 years exclusively inspecting residential properties for major banks and building societies. In early 2013 Martin decided to move into the Estate Agency field to compliment is existing surveying business. Martin Goode MRICS Ltd is a family run local business which uses the latest technology and marketing techniques including social media advertising.
