Andrew Hedley (Managing Director) is a former National Head of the Professional Services Division of an institutionally owned Estate Agency chain having had his own Practice acquired in the late 1980's. His career started in York in 1974 and whilst largely involving private practice it has included a period with a stock exchange listed property company dealing with portfolio management. Since 1992 Andrew has dealt with a wide range of commercial agency activities and associated professional work including rent reviews, lease renewals and business rating. Activities are centred on the Greater York Area where his expertise is called upon by pension funds, property companies, major charities, retail, office and industrial property occupiers and a vast number of private property owners. A former member of the RICS panel Andrew now uses his market transactions to assist the presentation of evidence in property disputes.
