Marsden Chartered Surveyors was founded by Andrew Marsden to provide a professional service to for all your residential surveying needs.

Since becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1991 Andrew has developed an expertise in all aspect of residential property and especially leasehold reform.

My aim is to treat each client as an individual and provide an easy to understand service at a reasonable fee. From the outset, we will tell you exactly what we will be doing and how much it will cost. Every valuation, survey and report we create is written in plain English. Once the job is done, we will be there to help you, to guide you and to give you the support you need.
