The practice commenced operations in 1986 following the acquisition by a Public Company of Martin Becker & Co, an Estate Agency and Surveying practice located in Mill Hill which opened in 1975, and in which Brian Martin was one of the two Partners. Our office was located in Finchley, but moved to Hendon in 1994, and to its current location in 2004.

Brian Martin has the qualification of B.Sc. in Estate Management, and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Our Firm is also a member of the Independent Surveyors & Valuers Association.
