We cater for both indoor and outdoor events and arrive fully equipped with serving tables and gazebo for outdoor use. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients including freshly baked bread rolls and sympathetically bred pork when possible. The rind is scored evenly and salted to produce plentiful strips of crispy crackling.
