The company holds firm to its core values of bringing the traditional cooking styles of the Mediterranean and African continent to the UK market and the company only uses the freshest ingredients and free range pork and lamb sourced from Paul, our local butcher.

Our commitment to quality runs throughout the company, even to the olive oil we use in the salads and meat rub. Marco, one of the founders runs a small olive grove in Italy which produces a traditional cold pressed olive oil. Every year he travels to Italy to hand pick the olives and manufacture the oil in the traditional Italian way. This slow and labour intensive process gives the oil a flavour and texture you'll never experience with supermarket bought oil.

Nick, one of the other founders has spent 7 years working with a pig farmer in Lincolnshire. It was here that his love of fine meat produce was born and he wanted to bring this passion to London and the surrounding areas.
