The goal of the practice is to take dental treatment in the Devon and Dorset region into the 21st Century - to set new standards in day to day care and to introduce new techniques and technologies more usually associated with the best Harley Street practices - and certainly not normally found outside of major urban centres.

Lyme Bay Dentistry is set within a handsome Georgian 'gentleman's residence' towards the lower end of Broad Street, Lyme Regis, in Dorset and is conveniently close to the sea. It is not the first time that the use of new technology has been pioneered at the practices of Dr Philip Bennett.

Where Dorset meets Devon and the rolling countryside tumbles down to the sea, the ancient and unspoilt town of Lyme Regis dates back to the Saxon times. It was granted a Royal Charter in 1924 and is famous for its fossils, its timeless elegance and its mild and pleasant climate.
