Your initial consultation will always take place with myself and the assistance of a dental nurse. It will last around 40 minutes, during which time I am committed to listening to your concerns, your requirements and answering your questions. Our aim is to create a plan of action to achieve the smile you want. I use full mouth radiographs (and sometimes smaller x-rays too) and dental charting from a full dental history to assess your teeth. We look at these together to help us to decide on your plan of action. Every treatment plan is unique. I take clinical photography – the before and afters – and study models to help me to gather a full set of information about you. This way I’m able to write a perfectly tailored, bespoke treatment plan, with costs clearly broken down. This is then sent directly to you. We pride ourselves on personal service, so no matter which practice you attend you have full access to a dedicated treatment coordinator. They are just at the end of an email or telephone to answer your questions or concerns. Each practice also offers easy ways to pay for your treatment, so that you are always in control.
