I run fun, friendly group and one to one classes for all levels and abilities in Hampton and surrounding areas. Specialising in Dance and Yoga classes for adults and children aged nine upwards. Offering a variety of classes including Yoga for all levels, Zumba, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Dance-Yoga Fusion and Wedding Dance lessons (for the completely terrified to the seasoned professional!).
Also available, one to one tuition, Sports and Pregnancy Massage. Having trained for nine years as a dancer I went on to perform professionally in theatre, TV and film in the West End, UK and abroad for seventeen years. I started practising Yoga in 1995 and qualified as a teacher with the British School of Yoga. I have been teaching Yoga since 2004.
