Craig and Mark Long started their martial arts training in York in 1995. They feel extremely honoured and lucky for being tought under the expert guidance of Paul Lynch. Paul inspired and taught them not only to be the martial artists but also the people they turned out to be. Both brothers got hooked on martial arts very quickly and were eager to start competing as soon as possible.
Craig and Mark were soon competing and winning many local area and national titles. They were both selected to represent England & Great Britain kickboxing teams and have travelled around Europe competing in many prestigious events that have earned them a very respectable reputation in the martial arts community.
