At our Academy there is no limit to what the 'Mind & Body' can accomplish. Our students learn at their own pace while learning multiple physical movements along with 'Mental Discipline'. Our students join for various reasons, but all learn the concentration and dedication required to reach a high level of skill in Karate and build a strong body and confident and determined character.

We offer everyone a weeks free training lessons at any or all of our dojos in fife for you to decide whether our places of training are right for you without any obligation or commitment to join.
