Lisa set up her own practice in 2005 just outside Reading and has helped a number of clients with a great range of sports related injuries from pulled, tired or over-trained muscles to IT band syndrome; from clients with bad backs and stiff necks to sciatica or piriformis syndrome. She now has a growing clientele because of many personal recommendations.
I have a VTCT level 4 qualification in Sports Massage, VTCT level 3 qualifications in Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, Fitness and Exercise Techniques, First Aid at Work qualification, YMCA level 2 in Exercise for Children, a Diploma in Hot Stones Therapy and a Diploma in Advanced Massage Techniques.
In 2014 I ran the London Marathon, Abingdon Marathon then 3 weeks later the French Riviera Marathon in Nice in 3:28. I also competed in the Reading Olympic distance triathlon coming the first over 40 female.
